La Fresneda is less than two hours from Reus airport and three hours South of Barcelona

This is the view from our sun terrace, over the village and out to the distant mountains
The area abounds with country walks through the olive groves and almond plantations and up to the pine shrouded mountains. There are rivers in which you can swim, a variety of birds to spot, ancient buildings to explore and fiestas to enjoy.
It is an idyllic spot in a region of great natural beauty. This is not the Spain of the costas - this is the real Spain. An excellent place to spend an enjoyable vacation.
